At Home Care
We work to provide quality, compassionate care in private homes to those that are home bound or have a difficult time leaving the home. Podiatry services are also provided to assisted & independent living facilities as well as long term care facilities. Our team operates under the belief that patients deserve access to high quality care regardless of age, income or place of residence.
The doctor will arrive at your home with everything needed to properly care for your feet. Please choose a comfortable place in your home for the house call visit and please have your insurance cards and medical history available.
Long Term Care and Assisted Living Facilities
We provide regularly scheduled visits to facilities as well as individual patient visits for those with an emergent need. We provide a wide range of podiatry services including nail care, treatment of ingrown toenails, cellulitis, lower extremity edema, diabetic foot exams or any other lower extremity need. If a patient has a podiatric problem that is not able to be treated in the facility, our office is conveniently located near 91st and Meridian St in Indianapolis.
For patients that receive home health, the doctors and staff of At Home Podiatry work very closely with all home health.
For in home care, we require a referral in order to be seen. Generally referrals are received from your primary doctor or, if you are being treated by a home health agency, we do accept referrals from all home health agencies when podiatry care is needed.
